2017 QX80 Remote start issues

Hello friends, did anyone experience an issue with the remote start- engine starts for a second and shuts right off, tried with bouth keyfobs same results. Vehicle only has 40k mi. 2017 QX80. Any imput on how to resolve would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Marry Christmas fiends.
