I just purchased a used 2018 QX80 and it looks like someone either spilled something nasty or vomited on the back rear door at some point. It was cleaned of course, but I can still see it in the speaker cover and small crevices of the door. I figure I can wrap a rag around a butter knife or toothpick to get the crevices. But is there any way to get the rear speaker cover off myself without damaging it or taking the door panel off? I've got to get it cleaned up somehow. Every now and then I catch a little whiff of whatever it is and it's not pleasant.
