Headrest dvd monitor tilt

Is there a way to fix the headrest dvd monitor back to being able to tilt. My daughter clicked both monitors too much and now both monitors just stay in their flat facing position versus the clicked in position (the one the avoids the sun more and also faces the passenger more directly).
