Been lurking around debating on if I should get a QX80, I like everything about the vehicle but was wondering if Infiniti takes care of their customers?

Both Lexus and Mercedes service department are top notch when it comes to taking care of warranties issues. They will replace even the smallest item on the vehicle no questions asked if your vehicle is still covered under warranty. Brought my S550 in due to squeaky passenger seats, they said my driver side leather looks beat up, they gave me a brand new seats. Bumper to Bumper truly mean it from my experience.

Is Ifiniti the same way?

With Infiniti, it appears to be a dealer by dealer experience. I've never had an issue with Austin Infiniti and on the rare occasion where I've had a problem, they've immediately made it right. I've seen others on other forums complain about their dealer experience. If you're unsure, I would make a point to go talk to the service advisors in your local dealer and see if you get a good feel from them.

Again, hard to speak across the network, but absolute positive experience at my local Infiniti dealer. Always taken care of me and never let me down. So much so, they came in as an underdog with the Infiniti QX80 Limited to pull me away from near $100K Escalade and Range Rover. I bought an Infiniti for my daughter a few years back and she's put it through its tests for sure ... and Infiniti's service at several dealers, (since she travels during her training program), swayed me to spend big bucks for QX80 limited. I have a new Maserati ... and other than the covered car carrier these guys take care of me just the same ... they will pick up and drop off at my office or home. Infiniti of Mechanicsbrug, PA is Top Tier in my book.
