Importing QX56 from Canada
I am based in Toronto, ON and looking into selling my 2012 QX56 in the US -- doing so allows me to take advantage of the weak C$ while still selling the car below market value in the US. A true win-win.
An automobile import website I found stated that prior to import into the US the buyer must obtain a letter from the manufacturer of the vehicle stating that the vehicle complies with all applicable U.S. safety and emission standards.
Anyone have experience with importing car into the US and particularly a QX56?
