wanted to see if anyone else has had this issue. I have a 2016 QX80 that had the 2G intelematics in it when purchased. I received a notice form Infiniti about upgrading to the 3G hardware which I did. Ever since I have had an error message when trying to connect "failed to connect to call center". the feeds are uploading but I get this message ever time. I have taken my care to the dealer twice and both times they say there is nothing they can do. Would love to hear if someone else is experiencing this.
