Infiniti QX80 gains sinister look from LARTE Design

Russian tuner LARTE Design has prepared a styling package for the Infiniti QX80.
If you are unfamiliar with Infiniti's new nomenclature, the QX80 is basically the old QX56 full-size luxury SUV packing a V8 5.6-liter engine rated at 400 bhp (298 kW). LARTE tuners from Moscow, Russia have released a body kit made from PU RIM that gives the QX80 a look worthy of a mafia car. Basically everything has been blackened out, including the additional air intakes which provide improved cooling to the eight-cylinder engine.
The new body kit brings more angular front and rear bumpers, two extra lamps working as daytime running lights, a redesigned grille, matte black alloy wheels and a stainless steel exhaust system with four pipes and built-in valve control. LARTE Design didn't publish any photos of the interior but they say the cabin has a boat-inspired appearance with teak flooring while the steering wheel is wrapped around in a combination of brown Alcantara and black leather.

Im sure eventually it will get the russian mob approval.
I know they love to roll in black luxury cars.
Can't say I like how the kit looks, maybe it's a look that appeals to most russian car enthusiasts.

I'm wondering what this QX80 looks like on the inside. Do you think that they did things to the inside of the vehicle as well?

This looks like it would be one of those celebrity owned black SUVs that are around. Not sure that I am a fan of some of the details though. The vent above the headlight and the and the vertical grate on the front bumper.

I haven't seen photos of the inside yet. I'm not entirely sure if they have actually built one of these yet or if that is just a rendering

Honestly I'm not sure if I like that front bumper... But the black on black is not bad.

they actually built them.
if you do a quick google search you'll see a larte QX80 and QX70 sitting at an auto show.

Those wheels do not suit the QX80, especially with the Larte kit. I expected a brand like this to pair wheels much more suitable.

Surely they modified the inside. Armored doors/floor/roof and glass.
Grenade/gas launchers. Gun ports. First aid KITS. Escape vehicle in rear cargo area. Maybe even SUPER-loud horn system. Run-flat tires. Plus whatever else BILLIONS can buy.

I have seen some armored QX80's and they are nice but really expensive depending on how far you want to go with it.

Have no history w/armored Infinitis, but have seen a few of the reinforced M-B G-Wagen's local Rappers use to motor around. Door glasses about 1" thick in steel-plated doors, etc.

Larte in white

Hi guys. I have pictures of the Larte kit in white, it's gorgeous. I found that car at an Infiniti dealer in Southern California. It's brand new. I have been told by a salesman that they sold a few of them. Here is Larte's website www.larte-design.com
