Looks like the Larte Kit but with some custom one off changes.

Not my sort of thing to do. Would rather see someone create a QX80 that looks like something "Eau Rouge worthy"...

I'm not too sure if I like that center F1 style brake light in the center there. otherwise it looks pretty legit and straight forward

i don't mind it at all since it flows with the overall design. if it didn't that would be a big problem to me.
but the odds of us seeing that in other infiniti models will be a long shot, much like what it took to see it on this Q50
plus, it is a norm with the current direction of automotive design

I'm pretty sure they'll be a kit from the hardcore JDM guys that'll show up on the new Q60. But it is definitely the norm.. you'll find that brake light on virtually any sort of car at the local car meets these days.
