New Member and Owner

Hey Ladies and Gentlemen, I am brand new to the board. I purchased a new 2017 QX80 in February 2018. I have searched several posts and done quite a bit of searching on the internet but can't find much on the issue I am having. I apologize if there is a mature thread on the topic, feel free to flame, roast and redirect me. I will post my issue over in the other area...Just wanted to say hello and state my purpose for joining.
