I have a 2018 QX80. The audio/visual stopped working on it. The screen is still back lit and the camera works when the camera button is pushed or reverse is engaged. Any ideas?

There is an "on" and "off" button towards the bottom of the instrument cluster under the nav screen (see Google Image Result for https://cloudflareimages.dealereprocess.com/resrc/images/c_limit,fl_lossy,w_auto/v1/dvp/3939/5596681154/Used-2014-INFINITI-QX80-Base-ID5596681154-aHR0cDovL2ltYWdlcy51bml0c2ludmVudG9yeS5jb20vdXBsb2Fkcy9waG90b3MvNTg1LzIwMjItMDctMDgvM2VlMDc3YzU3YmIxYjk4YWUxMWYwMTdlYzcwODU2MzEuanBn). Once I inadvertently turned it off when my phone touched it, as it was on a Scosche Phone Holder attached to the plastic housing. The clearance was minimal, and I adjusted the phone a bit, realizing I had pushed in the on-off button. See it that had anything to do with it.
