I have a 2019 QX80 since Jan 2019. Twice the car has refused to start until jumped. One dealer replaced the battery but weeks the problem reoccurred. Another dealer did a software update. I don't think the problem has been fixed. Anyone else had this problem.

Yes, I had the same problem...a couple of times. I see you are in Seattle, so your problem may be the same as mine. Short version: The QX has a "smart" charging system that only engages the alternator to charge the battery when it thinks the battery needs to be charged. BUT, the system does not seem to be designed to handle cold weather climates! So the "smart" system doesn't engage when the weather is cooler and places more demands on the battery. My dealership explained all this to me and turned off the "smart" charging system, so now it runs like a normal alternator charging system. I just had to replaced the battery (under warranty) last November because the "smart" charging system killed my battery after just a couple of years in Wisconsin!
