I have a 2017 QX80 with a broken windshield. We have been waiting almost 3 months for a replacement. All we get from the glass people and Infinity dealer is that they are on backorder and do not have an ETA as to when they are expected. Fortunately we are able to see out of ours, but I wonder what a person is to do if one is broken restricting vision. The other thing I'm concerned with is what other parts they may not have. I've got to say, I'm reconsidering my decision to purchase this instead of the Lexus. I just don't get that warm and fuzzy feeling a person should have when purchasing an $80,000.00 vehicle.
