Trying to stream iPhone to qx80 2018

I bought the connector that converts the HDMI/USB to connect to my phone. I'm trying to stream Netflix. We can see the menu and video choices but when we push play, I can get sound but no picture on rear screens. I was able to get a video from my phone that I recorded to play with both sound and picture.
