I own a 2016 qx80 and my voice recognition is not working. I can hear it fine but it cannot hear my voice. When I hook up my phone, same thing. I can answer calls and hear the other party but nobody can hear me. It is still under warranty but there is no Infiniti dealer in my province and the local Nissan dealer will not help me. I phoned a dealer in another province and he said in all his years with Infiniti he has never had an issue with a microphone. He suggested taking the dome off and checking the wires to the mic. They look fine but it still does not work. Can anyone suggest something I can do to fix this? I don't want to have to overnight it to get to the dealer.
