I bought a new 2019 QX80 about a month ago. Intermittently, I'm getting a message on the screen stating that the SD card cannot be read. I'm not getting anywhere with Infiniti, other than it's located under a lower panel, and I should take it to the dealership for them to look at it. I simply want to know were the dang this is. I can remove a panel with a padded screwdriver to access it, if I know where it is. Anyone know where the SD card is located?

I have a 15 limited, and I don't have an sd card anywhere. Maybe this is something in the newer models. Do you have an mp3/ipod cable connected? My only thought is a bad connection at this cable, so it thinks there is a card connected that it can't read.

SD card for 2019 QX80 limited is located on the panel next to the button that's says ON POWER DOOR OFF. IT'S the little black thing that you push on the left side.
